General Areas (Living Room, Bedrooms, Hallways):
- Dusting all surfaces (shelves, furniture, decorations)
- Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and upholstery
- Wiping down baseboards, light switches, and sockets
- Cleaning windowsills, blinds, and curtains
- Wiping down light fixtures, ceiling fans, and air vents
- Cleaning door handles, frames, and mirrors
- Cleaning wooden furniture and glass tables
- Vacuuming and mopping all floors
- Cleaning behind and under furniture and appliances
- Cleaning light fittings and lampshades
Kitchen:
- Cleaning countertops and backsplash
- Cleaning sink, taps, and counters
- Wiping down all appliances (fridge, microwave, toaster, etc.)
- Cleaning inside the fridge and microwave
- Scrubbing stove, hood, and range top (excluding oven interior)
- Emptying normal household rubbish and sanitizing bins
- Cleaning all cupboards, drawers, and cabinet doors
- Wiping down light fixtures and switches
- Cleaning under and behind the fridge, oven, and other appliances
- Cleaning extractor fan (if applicable)
- De-scaling taps and sinks (if required)
- Cleaning any additional kitchen surfaces (e.g., islands, wine racks, etc.)
- Cleaning inside the dishwasher (if applicable)
Bathrooms:
- Scrubbing all surfaces, including sinks, countertops, toilets, showers, and baths
- Cleaning toilets, sinks, taps, and showerheads
- Wiping down mirrors, glass doors, and other reflective surfaces
- Emptying normal household rubbish and sanitizing bins
- Cleaning behind the toilet and in hard-to-reach areas
- Cleaning any bathroom ventilation systems
- Descaling showerheads, taps, and sinks (if required)
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathroom cabinets and drawers
Additional Areas (Throughout the Property):
- Cleaning interior windows (glass and frames)
- Wiping down all doors and door frames
- Dusting and wiping down all radiators and heating units
- Cleaning inside any storage spaces (e.g., closets, shelves, cupboards)
- Standard Cleaning any furniture left behind (if applicable)
- Cleaning light bulbs and switches
- Dusting air conditioning units (if applicable)
- Cleaning and sanitizing all surface areas, including banisters, rails, and ledges
- Cleaning staircases (if applicable)
Optional Add-Ons (Charged Separately):
- Oven cleaning £80 - £120
- Dish washing £29 per hour
- Organizing and Decluttering: £29 per hour
- Excessive hair removal £15 per room
- Air Freshening or Odour Removal: £15 per room (includes eco-friendly air freshener or Odour neutralizer)
- Wall Washing or Spot Cleaning: £15 per room (includes marks, stains, and dirt removal from walls)
