End of Tenancy Cleaning Checklist

General Areas (Bedrooms, Living Room, Hallways):

• Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners.
• Dust and wipe all surfaces, including shelves, picture frames, and furniture.
• Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces.
• Wipe down doors, door frames, and handles.
• Clean skirting boards and woodwork.
• Dust light fittings, lampshades, and switches.
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.
• Clean inside windows, including sills and ledges.

Kitchen:

• Clean and polish all worktops and countertops.
• Clean inside and outside of cupboards and drawers.
• Dispose of any leftover food and carrier bags.
• Wash and polish sinks, ensuring taps are descaled and shined.
• Degrease and polish wall tiles, removing any mould.
• Clean and degrease ovens internally and externally.
• Clean grime from extractors and hobs.
• Scrub gas rings and control knobs.
• Clean inside and out of microwaves, fridges, freezers, washing machines, and dishwashers.
• Sanitize bins and remove rubbish.
• Clean exterior of all appliances.

Bathrooms:

• Clean and disinfect toilet inside and out.
• Wash and descale sinks, baths, and showers, including screens.
• Remove limescale and polish taps and fittings.
• Wipe and polish mirrors and glass surfaces.
• Clean and polish tiles, removing mould and mildew.
• Clean extractor fans.
• Empty and clean bins.
