- Service Limitations: While we strive for high standards, service outcomes may vary depending on property conditions and other factors.
4. Booking and Payment Terms
- Booking Process: Services can be booked online, by phone, or via email. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written agreement.
- Payments: Payment is required upfront for all services unless agreed in writing otherwise. Where payment amount may vary, we will charge the minimum hours & you will be charged a final fee upon completion.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees.
- Cancellations: Clients must cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Late cancellations will forfeit any payments made.

- All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be accepted, and the full-service fee will be charged/ Retained.
Refund Policy
No Refunds for Late Cancellations
- Refunds will not be provided for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
No Refunds for Missed Appointments
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeit of any payment, we will wait outside the agreed location for 20 minutes maximum.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
- To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us via Email AND Telephone: ecocleanexeter@gmail.com AND +447473 767634 at least 48 hours in advance.
- General Liability: Eco Clean Exeter is not responsible for:
- Minor damage unless caused by gross negligence.
- Loss or damage to unsecured valuables.
- Clients are responsible for securing valuables and informing us about delicate items.
- Website Liability: While we strive to keep the website accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee its completeness or reliability. Eco Clean Exeter is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of the website.

7. Customer Disputes and Complaints
- Complaints Process: Clients can raise complaints by emailing ecocleanexeter@gmail.com or calling +447473 767634. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.
- Dispute Resolution: If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be escalated to a relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. Legal disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Eco Clean Exeter Booking & Payment Terms and Conditions
Appointment Booking
By booking a cleaning service through eco clean Exeter's Setmore platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Confirmation: Bookings are considered confirmed once you receive an email or SMS confirmation from Eco Clean Exeter.
- Availability: All appointments are subject to availability. You will be notified if we are unable to accommodate your requested time.
Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: Payments for all services are securely processed through Setmore's integrated payment system, which supports credit/debit cards and other payment methods (such as Stripe or PayPal), we also accept cash.
- Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment Security: All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. eco clean Exeter does not store payment information.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit the payment made for that service.
- Refunds: Refunds will only be processed if the service is canceled within the permitted time frame. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours before the original booking time. Rescheduling requests made after this period will not be accommodated.
Late Arrivals
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the service may be shortened to ensure the next client is not impacted. eco clean Exeter reserves the right to charge for the full appointment time.
- Should we not be able to access the property we will wait for 20 minuities & then your appointment will be forfeited with any payment.
Liability Disclaimer
- EcoCleanExeter will not be held responsible for any technical issues with the Setmore platform or payment gateways. We strive to ensure all bookings and payments are processed securely but are not liable for interruptions or errors beyond our control.
Data Privacy

Service Modifications
- Service Modifications: Eco clean Exeter reserves the right to modify or reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as staff availability issues. You will be notified as soon as possible in these cases.
