All cleaning services are subject to availability and tailored to the specifications agreed upon during free consultation. Clients must provide safe access to their property and inform Eco Clean Exeter of any hazards, risks, or fragile items in advance.

Payments
Payments are required upfront for all bookings, where the amount may vary, we will charge the minimum amount of hours & charge you the final remaining upon completion.

Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Notice Requirement

• All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be accepted, and the full-service fee will be charged/ Retained.

Refund Policy

No Refunds for Late Cancellations

• Refunds will not be provided for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

No Refunds for Missed Appointments

• If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

• To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us via Email AND Telephone: ecocleanexeter@gmail.com AND +447473 767634 at least 48 hours in advance.

Liability
Eco Clean Exeter will not be held liable for minor damage caused during cleaning unless due to gross negligence. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and notifying us of fragile items in advance.

Customer Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, customers should contact Eco Clean Exeter directly at ecocleanexeter@gmail.com or +447473 767634. Disputes will be reviewed within 14 business days, and we aim to resolve them amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider or taken to small claims court as per UK law.

Eco-Friendly Commitment
Eco Clean Exeter is committed to using eco-friendly products and methods. Results may vary depending on the property and environmental factors. We only use products we supply, unless otherwise agreed before the appointment, to ensure compliance with our eco-friendly standards. Sometimes we may not be able to clean something due to the material or no eco-friendly products being suitable, we will liaise with you in this case.
