Booking Notes

• All prices include eco-friendly cleaning products and one of our insured, DBS-checked, BCCA-certified professional team.
• Payment is required upfront for any service at the time of booking; Our prices are competitive, therefore if a clean takes 'less' hours, you will still be charged the fixed price.
• We have a 48-hour cancellation policy and rescheduling policy, no refunds will be given after 48 hours.
• Our Eco-Clean-Guarantee, ensures you are 100% satisfied with our service or we will return the same-day for free! It also includes our promise of only using eco-friendly products from marketing to cleaning & transportation. 
• Important: We do not offer deep carpet cleaning services, nor we will remove large items.
